Because your audiences are already thinking about these issues, and likely to be more interested in what your nonprofit has to say.

    Father’s Day Media Attention Tip
    How about a survey of your non profit that shows number of dad’s that volunteer versus say single males
    Then tie in say a father’s day celebration for your Dad volunteers because you have so many Dads that volunteer or if numbers are low kick off a Father’s Day membership drive to try an encourage more dads to volunteer.
