Please read the following before purchasing or using any of our marketing services. Our goal as a marketing service is to bring value to our clients through the Google Ad Grant.


We typically ask for a one-year commitment for new clients. This is to ensure that our team can establish a strong Google Ads strategy and give it enough time to generate results.


Getting Attention accepts payment via credit card or ACH transfer on a monthly basis. Payments must be made in U.S. dollars. We require all clients to set up payment through our automated billing portal which is managed securely through Stripe. We comply with PCI standards for data security. We accept all major credit cards.

Cancellations and Refunds

After the initial contract period, you may cancel ongoing services with 60 days written notice unless otherwise noted in your contract. All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for our marketing services.

Privacy Policy

When you fill out a contact form, you are consenting to be contacted by Getting Attention with regard to your inquiry. We do not share your information with external parties. Our website automatically collects marketing data about our website usage such as pages visited and forms submitted. We do not collect sensitive data about users.


Marketing offers inherent risks; Getting Attention is not affiliated with Google. Though we run every client account according to advertising best practices as laid out by Google, we cannot guarantee results. Your results will depend on a variety of factors.


We reserve the right for management to make exceptions and issue refunds or credits at their sole discretion.
