The Challenge
Hope for a Healthier Humanity had been managing their Google Ad Grant independently for some time, but struggled to get meaningful results and utilize any of the available $10,000 per month.
Their primary goals for the Ad Grant included growing overall awareness of their mission, expanding their lead list, and increasing donations to support vital health programs. However, since the Ad Grant has a steep learning curve, its complexities made it difficult for their staff, who lacked the time and expertise needed to manage the account effectively.
Their long-term goal is to grow their organization, and part of the reason they sought professional management was to gain expert recommendations for improvements to their website.

Hope for a Healthier Humanity began with modest expectations, given their simple one-page website and limited digital footprint. They didn’t anticipate that their Google Ad Grant account could spend much, but we were committed to exploring the possibilities.
We set up targeted campaigns aligned with their key goals, establishing multiple conversion actions to track progress and encourage the Ad Grant account to begin spending. While initial campaigns struggled to spend the full budget and gain traction, we continued refining and optimizing over the first three months through learning, testing, and stabilization phases.
Collaborating closely with the client, we brainstormed new content ideas and provided actionable recommendations. Following the launch of fresh website content based on these insights, we developed new campaigns centered on the updated material.
These strategic efforts paid off: Hope for a Healthier Humanity began to see measurable results, and in just a few months, they were able to go from spending none of the Ad Grant to spending over 50%, with a clear path to continued growth and utilization over time.
