Gospel Soul Care Network is an organization built on the belief that the Gospel can be a source of healing and purpose. Their mission is to make biblical counseling, mediation, and soul care training available and accessible to everyone. They offer faith-based counseling for various areas such as family and relationships, mental health, trauma, and grief as well as conflict mediation. They also offer training initiatives designed to equip individuals and other churches with the means to facilitate others’ counseling and spiritual care.
The Challenge
Gospel Soul Care Network came to Getting Attention because they were not getting significant results from organic search and wanted to explore paid search through the Google Ad Grant. A significant portion of their revenue comes from their programs, but they were struggling to make enough people aware of their services. That’s why their primary goal for the Grant was to drive traffic to their website and increase the number of people availing of their counseling and consultation
services.

Getting Attention immediately got to work setting up campaigns to target various aspects of GSCN’s overall mission. To bring in more viewers to the site and drive website traffic, we built DSA campaigns and campaigns around their blog articles. This allowed Google to learn more about their organization and target audience.
Once we were getting good results from these awareness goals, we were able to go after priority conversions more aggressively. By restructuring campaigns to prioritize counseling sessions and paid consultations, GSCN went from 14 purchases per month to 46 purchases per month.
Through our partnership, they garnered 17.6K clicks and 3.13K conversions. Moreover, since Gospel Soul Care Network was struggling with their organic search which only had 45 sessions per month, we were able to help them generate mission awareness through the Ad Grant which has over 2,000 sessions monthly. These results not only helped bring more eyes to GSCN’s work but also maximized the results that move the needle for their organization.
