About the Client
Snohomish United (Snohomish Youth Soccer) is a Washington-based nonprofit youth soccer organization dedicated to developing young athletes. The club serves families throughout the Snohomish area by offering recreational and competitive soccer programs, camps, and league play designed to build skills, teamwork, and confidence. With seasonal programming and strong community roots, Snohomish United relies on registrations, ticket sales, and ongoing engagement to sustain and grow its impact.
The Challenge
Snohomish United had access to the Google Ad Grant, but the account was partially set up and generated no traffic, no spend, and no conversions. On top of that, the team struggled to regain full administrative access, preventing them from making meaningful updates or fully utilizing the $10,000/month grant.
With limited internal marketing capacity, they wanted a partner who could take the reins, maximize the grant, and create consistent visibility, even during their slow season. From there, we implemented a conversion-focused strategy centered on revenue-driving actions like league registrations and ticket sales. We completed the necessary process with Google to allow Snohomish United to sell tickets via their Ad Grant, ensuring we could get more funds in the door and that revenue attribution was properly measured.
Our team launched a blend of local and broader targeting campaigns, then refined audience targeting to focus on the most relevant, high-intent users. We also strengthened evergreen campaigns to maintain visibility during the slow season and used ad performance data to inform website improvements that enhanced the user journey.
After getting their Ad Grant back on track, our partnership generated $28,502.54 from ticket sales and league registrations during a single quarter. Through a strengthened marketing capacity, Snohomish Youth Soccer continues its mission of supporting young athletes in Washington.
